Asthe first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal Inside SalesExecutive has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels atresearching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers forsuccess. The incumbent should be a quick learner who has strong communicationskills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Everypotential customer is an opportunity for boosting top-line revenue growth,customer acquisition levels, and profitability

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify pharma, biotech, drug discovery or drug development companies for profiling and lead generation as potential clients for Aragen
  • Use of professional social networking platforms such as LinkedIn to find relevant people in target companies
  • Prepare database in a prescribed format. Generate email id’s as per specific companies email format.
  • Reach out with customised email to seek attention to our services. Follow-up with emails and cold calls.
  • Run mass-emailing campaigns for a particular service awareness.
  • Coordinate with Marketing team to generate industry segment wise marketing collaterals, infographics, brochures, presentations, etc.
  • Utilize Salesforce to explore existing database, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and territory managers.
  • Report to sales manager and BU head with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
  • Collating and communicating customer feedback to appropriate departments.
  • Delivering administrative support and updating CRM etc.
  • Assisting with communication between field-based Sales and their customers.
  • Participate in required and recommended training sessions to obtain and maintain an in-depth technical and applications knowledge of the Company Product Portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in any Life Sciences/B Pharm/ M Pharm degree with a MBA in Marketing is preferable
  • A remote lead-generation background of 1-3 year' s will be preferred
  • Experience working within a sales and technical team.
  • Strong Organisational and Administration Skills
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • The ability to manage a variety of different tasks simultaneously
  • The ability to be proactive in the workplace
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy of work
  • Ability to conduct presentations in front of varying audiences
  • proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
