Project Ascent, the organization-wide ERP developed on SAP platform has gone live on the 10th of July. Manni Kantipudi, CEO of GVK BIO has officially made Project Ascent live in the presence of the core team and GVK BIO employees. He said that implementation of Project Ascent will help everyone in the organization effectively track and take control of their tasks.
During the event, Amit Rustagi, CIO noted that GVK BIO might be the first Contract Research Organization to implement SAP S/4HANA business suite. Paresh Gupta also mentioned that EMP implementation for organization of this size that would have taken about a year. But it was completed in a record time of 7 Months due to the core team’s dedication.
